Our love for the universe created by George Lucas began with the first theatrical release of Star Wars. As a kid, I used to drool at all of the Don Post ads showing the various helmets that were available. I would never have guessed that almost 30 years later I would own almost all of these early helmets... plus many other different ones.

Our plunge into prop making and creating Star Wars replica costumes started with the purchase of a Don Post Classic Action TIE Pilot helmet off of eBay, and we were immediately hooked. While enjoying this hobby, we have met and made many friends who share in our passion.

My goal for this site is to become an ever-growing list of How-To Tutorials to help others in their pursuit of creating "movie accurate" replica costumes. Please do not take the information contained on this website as being the only way to assemble a costume. There are many, many ways of going about creating these types of costumes. I only hope that maybe you'll find some inspiration or a tip that you can either directly use or modify to suit your particular likes.
